Chocolate Fountain Sales

 

Tier 1

Basic Fountain Rental – day of event and several additional days – as necessary – to allow for shipping or transportation $450.00

Transportation, equipment set-up, break-down and equipment clean-up services. (Minimum of 2 hours) $15/Hour
Personnel to staff the fountain throughout your event, refreshing your dipping items and maintaining chocolate levels in the fountain. $15/Hour

*Purchase of chocolate is optional.  Cost of chocolate fluctuates depending upon type of chocolate and current market price.

Discounts may apply for more than one event booking at a time. Customized contracts are also available for multiple-day events or special needs. Special pricing may be offered to multi-event customers such as caterers, hotels, restaurants, resorts, and event halls, etc.

 

 

Payment is provided as follows:

  • Total price structure is calculated (fountain + chocolate + add-on services)
  • 50% of total is due upon date reservation
  • 50% is due upon the date one-week prior to event
  • When providing only tier 1 services, a deposit to cover replacement of the fountain will be placed upon a credit card. Deposit will be refunded in full upon return of the Chocolate Legacy fountain in its original condition and in the time specified.
  • Shipping to and from the location will be the full responsibility of the customer (unless other arrangements have been made.) We will gladly use a shipping account you already have established, or provide you with ours, which will be charged as a pass-through cost, based on shipping location.

Booking information:

 

  • Booking dates will be tentatively held until payment is received.
  • The date will become reserved only upon the initial 50% payment.

 

  • If another event requests your date, Chocolate Legacy will give you 24 hours to receive payment before securing an alternate event.
